My name is Todd Schuerman, Founder-Building America's Foundation. We believe that the economic downturn has lasted way too long for America's Middle class and Poor. American's feel that the American Dream is further out of reach and no longer worth pursuing. It is time for us, America's citizens, to come together and help each other.

Our quest is to return homeownership back to the hard working families who live in them. Home Ownership is not only an American Dream. Studies have confirmed that Home Ownership encourages more stable, law-abiding neighborhoods. It is well-known that children of homeowners do better at school and have fewer behavioral problems.

We aim to raise donations of up to $250,000 toward principal balances on mortgages for each homeowner that applies and qualifies as a Charitable Recipient. Paying off mortgages will offer families real tangible relief. Enough of the political mortgage refinancing BS!!! Together, we can payoff millions of mortgages allowing hard working families achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership. Our efforts can rebuild America's economic foundation.
